Your job

  • As part of our kitchen team, you will delight our guests with great dishes
  • As a manager, you are responsible for shift management
  • Whether at lunch, monthly changing seasonal dishes or our themed menus - our kitchen offers many different facets for the enthusiastic cook
  • With your passion for the art of cooking, you and our team always create new, seasonal dishes for our guests
  • You are well versed in handling high-quality food and ensure that all dishes are always of the highest quality on our guests' plates
  • Whether individual dishes from our menus, creative buffets or multi-course menu sequences - you have golden hands when preparing and serving and always ask the first question of what is best for our guests in all activities
  • modern food trends suit you and help us keep up with the times
  • Goal-oriented and structured work is just as natural for you as a high level of quality awareness, creativity, initiative, flexibility and commitment. The introduction, training, implementation and control of standards and processes are also an important factor and are part of your tasks.
  • You and your team ensure that the high standards that guests expect from Brauhaus Schwanen are maintained and can be further improved at all times
  • A good understanding of numbers and support for the kitchen chefs in creating menus, calculations and reports

  • Too pink or too through: You react skillfully to colleague or guest feedback and solve challenges professionally and independently
  • Even if the schedule gets mixed up, you can keep a cool head
