Take a look behind the scenes of our brewery in our brewing seminar. This is where it is ground, mashed, stirred, boiled, cooled, fermented and bottled. In the brewing course you will be inaugurated the small and big secrets of the production of the tasty hop drink. At our mini brewing facility, you will get to know the stages of beer production in theory and practice and brew your own beer together with our master brewer. Our 5-course beer menu takes care of your physical well-being. You are welcome to round off your beer brewing seminar with a unique stay in our brewery hotel.

Our brewing seminars take place in our Gasthof-Brauerei Schwanen in Ehingen, which is attached to the hotel, and in the guest room there is a wonderful view of our large brewhouse.

Our brewing seminar includes:

5-course menu all about beer
Drinks - all home-brewed beers, non-alcoholic drinks, coffee and a Schwanenwirt's beer schnapps
Carrying out a complete brewing process under the guidance of our master brewer - with an explanation of the history of the beer and some interesting facts about the health-promoting ingredients of the hop drink
